My order was cancelled because the company couldn't deliver to Czech Republic even though it says delivery could be made here.

Many thanks for your feedback and our apologies for any issues experienced in delivery of your goods. We have recently updated our admin and delivery services and as such the complete list of countries that we deliver to requires updating.
