I want to say this is great but i am not sure it is having any effect at all. I am on a good diet and just looking for a small helping hand,no doubt i need more than a week.

I'm sorry to hear that these aren't having the desired effect. Different people react in various ways to supplements so perhaps just give them a little longer and you'll hopefully start seeing some good results :)
