Great for helping me to sleep better not sure about how effective they are for weight loss but still very pleased with them as I was struggling to get quality sleep
I've not used this product long enough to know how effective it is. The only comment I can make is that the tablets are quite large and need plenty of water to swallow.
These put me flat out for at lease 8hours when I first used then, not took them to much though because I'm paranoid I won't get up for work so waiting for my day of.
