I just think it should be easier to mix and have a better taste it's got a chalky texture to it which makes me gag but results are great

Sorry to hear you're having some problems with the monster mass. Matrix monster mass is packed with protein and carbs so it can bit a bit of a thick shake. Try splitting the serving up throughout the day, this should make for a thinner and easier shake!
