Can't quite see how this is diet as it has similar nutritional values to the standard whey? Ideally would have less carbs and fat. Is there another powder instead of this?

The Diet Whey has a few carbs and fats so that it can be used as a meal replacement and contains a myriad of fat burning ingredients. Perhaps look into the Anabolic Protein if you are after a very lean shake :)
