This is great feedback, thanks. We'd usually advise using this as a meal replacement product along side a low calorie diet and regular exercise for best results.
I love this product mixes well and tastes good, choc one is my favourite, it's the only shake I've found that helps curb my appetite to stop my picking lol and I've tried a lot of different shakes. :)

Mixes well and keeps me full with a snack until lunch. Cannot comment yet on results as I have only been using it for a couple of days but great taste and early signs is all good
