It's designed to be a meal replacement therefore you need some carbohydrates in there to fill you up.

The price and taste of the product is great but sometimes the powder doesn't mix that great but I like the product and would definitely order again

Thank you for your positive feedback. In regards to the mixability, please ensure you're mix 1 rounded scoop with 350-450ml of water, giving it a good shake.
