Hello and thanks for your comments. You pre-booked an RYA sailing course and this was available for you, all you had to do was speak to the waterfront manager (or a member of the waterfront team) as I mentioned in our exchange of emails. You wrote that you had been told all courses were full but there has clearly been a misunderstanding as the space on the course had been reserved for you and you alone. And there were also spaces on the "Intro to Sailing" courses run twice during your stay. So, as sorry as I am if this ruined your holiday as you have suggested, our team remember you well and you seemed at all times to be having a great time and I regret very much that you feel the way you do about a fantastic resort that had great feedback last week and to which guests return year after year for the first-rate facilities and, of course, fabulous RYA courses and waterfront tuition.
