It's regrettable that you've chosen to post this review before we have concluded our email correspondence. I will of course continue to look into the points you've raised direct with Mark Warner but I'm satisfied that our resort team in Greece did their best to manage your expectations and we are all sorry you're not happy. And, of course, it's fait to point out that, from time to time, adults and children alike might experience activity clashes and won't necessarily be able to do everything they want to do.
