Hello, thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you experienced issues with our booking system. However, our team are always on hand to help in situations like these over the phone or email. We also really appreciate your kind feedback on our customer service. Your entry will include a T-shirt, as well as guides and training plans, access to Paris Half Marathon 2025 App, marathon bag and your finisher medal. Although we don't offer trip insurance at the moment, this is something we will be introducing on our new reservation system very soon! As bibs are to be collected directly from the organisers at the expo, we do not have any influence over this unfortunately. Once again, thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We're sorry to hear that, any payments from outside of the UK that are issued in your domestic currency will likely be subject to a charge from your payment provider to convert that. Unfortunately, this is done automatically and can't be controlled by us, as much as we would love to be able to reduce those for you.
