Hi Leanne, Thanks for your feedback. I'm so sorry your recent claim took longer than expected to pay out. We receive and pay out a higher volume of claims than some other insurers as we offer some of the most comprehensive cover on the market. We know this can sometimes slow us down and we're so sorry for the wait. We're doing everything we can to fix this like hiring lots of new claim handlers. You can make a claim online through a portal on your account, there will be options to upload the necessary documents and invoices this way. We receive and pay out a higher volume of claims than some other insurers and we're currently handling a backlog of claims. We're working hard to get through this as quickly as possible, we've recently hired over 100 new team members to help fix this and we're sorry for the delay.
