Hi there, I'm so sorry to hear you were unhappy with the service. We re-sent your parcel on next day delivery to make up for the wrong parcel which was sent. I'm so sorry for the inconvenience, we have tracked the parcel and it says a card has been left with you as there was no one there to receive it. I'm so sorry again for the inconvenience, I have emailed you privately as I would like to offer you some compensation for the mix up and the inconvenience caused.
