Hi Ian, Thanks for your feedback and sorry to hear are in the dark regarding the whereabouts of your order. We do sent automated emails to confirm shipping, but these can sometimes find their way into junk folders. You should also have received shipping updates directly from Fedex. We can only apologise if these have not been received. I have checked on your order and can see it was successfully delivered on 10th February.
