Thank you for your response. All wood contained within crates is cut and dried upto 2 years prior to processing and thus is dead. There may be the odd piece that comes from older stock but this is an absolute minimum. Our suppliers are concious to use material that is not derived by cutting down healthy trees purely for the purposes of burning.

Poor delivery.

Ordering and paying was very quick and easy. Originally informed would not leave on the road but this was accepted when there was no other option. 850kg bags unloaded from lorry with pallet truck....

Thank you for your message. Unfortunately a 3 bulk bag consignment would not qualify for crane delivery without considerable additional cost. The delivery method was explained very clearly at the point of ordering and an explainer video was sent showing the process. On arrival the haulier informed us the premises were totally unsuitable for the delivery method agreed and thus the delivery took longer than usual. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.
