Thank you for your response. We are sorry to hear your delivery was not to your satisfaction. Our delivery time slot for bulk bag deliveries is made very clear at the checkout stage on our website. If it is not suitable customers are under no obligation to complete the checkout process and can cancel the transaction at any time. We do not ask customers to wait in from 0800-1800hrs as the driver is instructed to call ahead. Unfortunately, on this occasion you entered the incorrect telephone number when placing your order which was passed to the courier. The correct number was passed on to the courier some time later but for some reason it did not update on the drivers job sheet for which we can only offer our sincerest apologies.

Ordinarily the delivery equipment is totally suitable for the kind of delivery being made provided the delivery point satisfies criteria which are again displayed at the website check out before purchase, which, unfortunately your premises did not. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
