Thank you for your response. We appreciate your comments but the shells are not described as washed and have been harvested from a sandy seabed. The small amount of sand present easily washes off with the first rain shower once the shells have been laid with no need for further washing.

Thank you for reply. Unfortunately where customers require the goods delivered onto a block paved drive there is a risk of scratching. We are unable to take the pallets away when delivered as the bags are sitting on them. Our driver cannot wait for the bags to be emptied to be able to take them away.

Thank you for your comments and that you took the time to credit our efforts and realised the failing lied with the delivery agent. Unfortunately from time to time a delivery day doesn't go to plan. Due to the nature of bulky deliveries it is very hard to plan delivery ETA's accurately. We try very hard to convey our delivery parameters to customers but we still get customers expecting delivery onto gravel drives, over a hedge, on the top of a hill etc without informing us which causes serious delays.
