Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately some production issue meant we had to draft in another supplier to deliver part of the order rather than cancel it completely. We tried to keep disruption to a minimum.

Thank you for your reply. We are very disappointed at this feedback. You placed your order with us online and chose to ignore our delivery terms stating we cannot deliver onto slopes which your road is clearly on. Furthermore there are parked cars either side preventing vehicles from getting anywhere near the property. Our team went above and beyond to make the delivery work and at considerable expense, as you did not inform us about your circumstances until after the product was dispatched. Fortunately, thanks to our excellent team, delivery was still completed and any inconvenience caused could have been avoided had our very clear delivery instructions been observed before purchase.
