Thank you for your review. The product is clearly described as being dirty on arrival with the option to contact us if you are unsure about what will be delivered. There is not one quarry in the UK that washes gabion stone so this is never an option. Once the product is installed a rain shower or hosepipe will quickly wash away any residue to reveal the true colour of the stone. We are sure that since installation, the product has now been washed clean and looks stunning.
