Cons: Cannot access policy pdf as password will not give access.so cannot read policy documents contacted LV and not given any update password but would send policy details...
Pros: Half the price of my previous insurer for the same cover (home buildings & contents). I haven't claimed yet - so I can't comment on how claims are handled (but past customer feedback loos good).
