LV website experience was good until….. final quote and payment time when it fell over (twice!) and didn’t give options on what to do or how to recover.
Very frustrating but I still took out LV...
The quote and value was OK but still a few pounds higher than dealership insurance I am still insured with LV and I enjoy the insurance facilities from LV
