It's lovely and soft and knits up well but so far I have had 1 ball with ends tied and another with a short amount of yarn ..I got 7 rows into a ball snd the wool stopped.

Thank you for sharing your experience! I’m so glad to hear the yarn feels lovely and soft and that it knits up well. While knots and short lengths can occasionally happen during the manufacturing process, the industry generally considers up to 3 knots per skein to be acceptable. That said, I completely understand how frustrating it is to run into issues like this, and I am truly sorry for the inconvenience.
