Some of the balls were not cleaned properly. Most of the balls had marking or initials on them. I won't be using most of them in games.

Lost Golf Balls

Hi there , we have contacted the customer about this feedback. He purchased a lower grade of Pro V1's when he wanted our best quality. We have explained that we do have better quality golf balls but they are in our top three grades. Once you go down the fourth grade ("AA/C Grade") which the customer purchased, these are much much cheaper but also not as great quality. We feel they are still great value as sell a lot of them, but if you prefer "near new" looking Pro V1's then it's best to stick to the higher grades. Customer accepted this explanation from us and will purchase the higher grades in future.
