Thanks for taking the time to give us feedback. I'm really sorry to hear about the coffee stains on the packaging - there can be no excuse for shipping them out in such a state so I will be passing the feedback through to our workroom manager. I do hope you're happy with your curtains though.

Our workroom manager has reminded me that the coffee/tea room is quarantined from the workrooms for this very reason. Drinks and food are simply not permitted in the wrookrooms. So she thinks that this can only have happened somewhere in transit at a courier depot. I'l be taking this up with our couriers.

Thanks for your feedback. I'm very pleased to read your kind comments on price quality and delivery. I'm sorry we don't do super wide pairs of ready mades for your patio doors. There's always the made to measure option for these doors but, as you probably know, it is much more expensive. Please let us know if you would like to explore that option.
