Very convenient for Stansted Airport but a bit haphazard leaving the car. No check done on car and little opportunity to check car on return as it was in an unlit area on a wet dark night.

The lady in the office when we arrived had her back to us for most of the time. A shame really because it was a very smooth transfer. A little bit of customer service and a smile goes a long way.
