No concept of customer service. Given keys and told car is outside! Then had to look in the dark to find car that was 3 rows away from cabin. Transfer back was terrible. Rang and was told 5 minutes....
Only downside was coming back late, in the rain. Short walk to pick up car but surface very uneven, poorly lit, with lots of puddles. Other than that very good.
