Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that you had difficulty in locating the car park on your arrival at Stansted airport. On your confirmation you are provided an address for the car park as well as written directions on how to locate the parking. This is provided by the individual car parks and is available both in the ‘more info’ tab on our website and in your confirmation email. I can only apologise if you did not find this information helpful however, if you do have any concerns regarding the location of your parking, I would advise you contact our customer service team who are available from 8am – 8pm, Monday to Friday and 9am to 5:30pm on Saturdays.
