I am sorry to hear your comments following your parking at Stansted. Jet Parks is an unmanned car park where customers park their own cars and keep their keys, as such, the staff would not come into contact with your car at any point. The entry and exit barriers are operated by an ANPR system so the cameras would only read your number plate to confirm if you have pre-booked. For security reasons CCTV at the airport is usually monitored on a live basis, and as such, unless an incident had been reported to the airport staff, Jet Parks will not be able to assist you.
Many Park and Ride services will keep your keys and park your car within their compound, these services are insured for damage to your vehicle and would check your car for pre-existing damage on drop-off and on collection. In the future I would advise booking with one of these services. In this instance I can only apologise for any inconvenience experienced.
