There was no staff in the vicinity when I arrived or when I left, so I just parked my car, left and picked it up on my return.Again there were no staff around!! Did not use the airport transfer.

Thank you for the review William. Our car park is not manned as stated at the time of booking, however during peak times we are going to have a customer greeter present in the car park to assist our customers. We hope to see you again in the future.

Hi Sandra, thank you for your feedback. I am sorry you felt misled, however we do make it clear in all our advertising that we are closest to the Ocean Terminal. A taxi transfer is something we are looking into in the future so I hope you don't write us off completely. All feedback is very valuable to us and we thank you for your honest comments.

Our car had broken down, and we had to wait all day for Green Flag to rescue us but all the Triangle staff who helped us were marvellous and kept coming over to see if we were ok.
