Southampton Port - Triangle Car Park - Ocean terminal

Hi Andrew, thank you for your feedback. Our car park is not manned 24 hours a day, however on your arrival date it was manned from 8am. We do have 24 hour camera surveillance and we have been awarded the prestigious ParkMark for safe parking award. Signage is something we are currently working on, however there is a banner on the overhead entrance gantry announcing that you are entering the Triangle car park. There is a welcome note in the window of the Attendant's hut which also gives the number for the local taxi company that we use for our transfers. 5/10 is a fair score in relation to your experience, for which we thank you. We hope you would consider using us again and would like to draw your attention to both options on the website as one has taxi transfers included. There is no free parking in the vicinity that I am aware of.

Hi ER, thank you for the score of 8/10 and your comments. There are two terminals close by - Ocean and QE2, but there are also two more terminals further down the road and for these two plus QE2 we would recommend our park and taxi transfer service. We hope to see you again in the future.

Hi John, thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that you are not entirely happy with the service we offer, however we do advertise two options. One is park and walk, which is suitable for the Ocean terminal only. The other is park with taxi transfer if you are departing from or returning to one of the other terminals in Southampton. We hope this doesn't put you off totally and that you would consider the other option in future.

Hi Morley, thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We are sorry to hear that you were not happy with the car park. The car park is absolutely secure and fully monitored by CCTV 24 hours a day, this is all backed up on hard disk in a hi-resolution recording. Our safety credentials have been independently verified and we have been awarded the Park Mark Award. This prestigious certification is only awarded to the most secure car parks. In addition we do have an attendant who would have been on duty on a cruise ship arrival day. We are sorry he was not there for your arrival. With regards to your comments about not recommending us for port parking, we feel we do as we say on the tin, ie we are in close walking distance to the Ocean Terminal. Simple as that, and this is reflected in the price.
