Hi Fred, I cannot respond to your feedback on the public forum, however I just wanted to drop you a line to let you know that due to circumstances beyond the control of the Triangle Car Park, the your cruise was moved to a different berth. Had you left from the Ocean terminal as advertised, this is within walking distance. We also advertise parking with a taxi transfer for those cruises that leave from the other 3 terminals in Southampton, which would have been suitable for you had you been given earlier notice of the change in your departure terminal. I am sorry you feel duped, and hope you would re-consider using us for your Ocean terminal departures in the future.

Dear Neil, thank you for your feedback. I am sorry you felt misled regarding the location of the Triangle car park. We advertise that we are suitable for cruises leaving the Ocean Terminal only, however for the future we are looking at operating a transfer service to and from the other Terminals in Southampton.
