Hello Eric, thank you for your comments and the score of 9/10. As I'm sure you are aware, the porterage service is not part of the Triangle, however I am sorry to hear that your return was not as straightforward for you.
To answer your question regarding the trollies, you could have left them in the car park. Although we do not have our own as yet, it is useful to have some in the car park for the next arrivals.
With this in mind, we hope we will see you again when you're next in Southampton.

Very simple process and short walk to Ocean Terminal. Keep keys with you so car stays put int he car park and no need to phone prior to return. Will use again and highly recommend.
