Hi Fred, thanks for taking your time to leave a review. Triangle Cruise Parking is a new product that we have launched in Southampton and we are delighted with the hundreds of customer who have chosen to park with us this summer. The car park is absolutely secure and fully monitored by CCTV 24 hours a day, this is all backed up on hard disk in a hi-resolution recording. We have secuirty fencing throughout the facility as we are within the port of Southampton. Our safety credentials have been independently verified and we have been awarded the Park Mark Award. This prestigious certification is only awarded to the most secure car parks.
We appreciate the time you have taken to leave your feedback and I am sorry that you feel the car park was not suitable for you.
