This is not a secure car park as it said in the data, it is not close to the cruise terminal when you have luggage. I would not recommend anyone uses this car park. A complete waste of money

The car park is absolutely secure and fully monitored by CCTV 24 hours a day, this is all backed up on hard disk in a hi-resolution recording. Our safety credentials have been independently verified and we have been awarded the Park Mark Award. This prestigious certification is only awarded to the most secure car parks.
In the information provided on the Looking4Parking site and in your booking information, we clearly specify that we are a car park for Ocean Terminal. This is a secure park and walk service, with the terminal entrance just 4 minutes away. Customers are able to drop their bags at the terminal first and then park their vehicle securely. I am sorry that you feel that the car park was not suitable for you however, we felt it important to clear up some inaccuracies in your review.
