Very simple process. I was happy that there was someone there to greet me and confirm my booking. Just a 5 min stroll to the P&O cruise terminal. I'd definitely use again.

I slipped up as I really needed a car park near the mayflower terminal (my fault) however your excellent car park attendant organised a taxi for us promptly and off we went.

Hello, and thank you for leaving your feedback. All comments are appreciated as it gives us the opportunity to improve our service. Having said that, we now offer a personal taxi transfer service as well as just parking, for approximately £10 more. Should your cruise company then change the terminal, either on departure or arrival back to Southampton, your taxi will still collect you and take you to the ship/car park, which ever is relevant. All 4 cruise terminals are within 4 minutes drive from the Triangle car park. We hope you would consider this option in the future.
