Hi Jane, I am sorry to hear that you were misinformed about our location. On the website we do state that we are only suitable for Ocean Terminal, which is within easy walking distance. We would recommend booking a taxi if you are leaving from one of the other terminals in the area. I hope this experience hasn't put you off if you ever travel from Ocean Terminal in the future.
