Hi Maurice, thank you for taking the time to leave your review. This is going to be helpful for other users. However, we should point out that there are two options when you book on the website. For the Ocean terminal we have the Park and Walk option. For the other three Terminals - you mention City, there is also QE2 and Mayflower Terminals which are not realistically in walking distance - we have the Park and Taxi Transfer option. For an additional cost the taxi will pick you up from your car and take you and your luggage to the cruise ship terminal and, on your return, pick you up from your cruise ship and bring you back to the Triangle and to your car.

Hello Gary, thank you very much for your fair comments and score of 8/10. The signage is something that we will be addressing in the near future.
We do offer two options with our parking, the first is for just parking for those leaving from the Ocean Terminal as we are very close by. The other option for an additional charge is for parking with taxi transfer. This option has proved very popular with guests who are leaving from QE2, City and Mayflower as well as those leaving from Ocean who maybe need that extra support.
We look forward to seeing you again next time.
