Easy to find. Greeted by a staff member who told us where to park and then brought us a trolley for our bags. Then just a 5 min walk to our boat. When we arrived back drove straight out no bother

Hi David, thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. Most of our guests are either cruise or ferry passengers and we use a local taxi company for transfers to the cruise terminals. The number supplied on your paperwork for this company can be called for transfers to the airport too. Definitely food for thought and something for us to consider going forward. We hope it hasn't put you off using our car park again.

Hi Michael, thank you for your generous score of 8/10. You mention that the parking is a long way from the port. We are closest to the Ocean terminal but offer the option of parking with taxi transfer if your ship is leaving from one of the other three terminals in Southampton. I hope we will see you again in the future and that you will consider the taxi option if your ship leaves from one of the other terminals.
