There was no staff at the car par although there were plenty of parking spaces. Absolutely gutted that the ship berthed at a different terminal on return so we had to get a taxi to the car park

It says it is in walking distance of the Ocean port. It took us 15 minutes. If you are not very able you need a taxi.
It is right by Mayflower port.
This was a 1st time.
Will not use again

Hello Jacqueline, thank you for taking the time to leave your comments and score. However, I feel I must correct you on two points. We share our entrance with the exit gate to the Ocean terminal, which you can walk through and we feel is within walking distance. You can, of course, get a taxi into the Ocean terminal and it would need to go out onto the main road and enter via Dock Gate 4 as the docks operate a one-way system.
Mayflower terminal is quite a bit further along the road from the Triangle and it would take approximately 20-25 minutes to walk to that terminal.
City and QEII terminals are also further away from the Triangle, therefore we offer a taxi transfer service to those terminals.
I hope you are not completely put off, and would maybe consider using us again, but with the taxi transfer option next time.
