Hi Sonia, thank you for your feedback. We checked and double-checked our CCTV cameras and could see no evidence that the damage was caused whilst in our car park. We have been in contact with you and advised you that this was the case. Our cameras are high definition and any contact by another vehicle would have shown up.

Hello Glen, we are sorry you found our car park unsuitable. We are aware that some sites state we have barriers but this is not the case. The car park is very secure with cameras and additionally we now have staff on-hand at busy times. We do advertise that we are suitable for access to Ocean terminal and are working with the port to provide trollies for taking your luggage to the cruise ship. There are signs inside the car park but we will take onboard your comments and look to putting up more siganage. We hope this hasn't put you off entirely and that you would consider us again in the future.

The car park is secure and is fully monitored by CCTV 24 hours a day, this is all backed up on hard disk in a hi-resolution recording. We have security fencing throughout the facility.
