We were using the QE11 terminal so this car park was a long way away and no transfer service included.
No staff seen but this was not a problem.

Hi Chris, thank you for your score of 7/10 and for your feedback. We advertise the fact that we are closest to Ocean Terminal and there is a second option on the website for a taxi transfer to all other terminals in Southampton. With this in mind, we hope you will consider us if you're in Southampton again.
