I have had Problems on leaving car park 2 years in a row with the ticket .machine not able to read the ticket, asking for £545 fee this has been rectified on speaking to the adviser via button on...

Needed better instructions to get to this car park for first time use…but now I know will use again .

Had a couple of issues with the automation, but the car parking staff sorted it out quickly. It's certainly a bonus to park close to the terminal and worth the extra cost in my opinion.

Despite booking this months in advance with a reference number etc, the attendants on arrival couldn’t find out reservation. Cue lots of back and forth till they agreed to let us in with a ticket....

I did not get in the car park as it was oversold…

Easy and quick to use .. loved suiting myself and being in the terminal

Found a space and everything was fine

Easy to find and plenty of spaces

Good experience parked near elevators plenty of information
