why send out full buses to pick up passengers? Why do drivers refuse to wait for you ,when they are stopped at pickup and empty of customers. Do you train them to shake their heads and ride past you....
I have used this service many times successfully and been very happy with it. would have given the staff a higher score but one driver stood and had a cigarette then drove off with an empty bus!
