It would have been a 5star all across the board but unfortunately when collecting the car, then had been placed in collection for another day.

Despite having arrival time, I had to ring the office twice and nobody answered my calls. Had to wait 15 minutes in the cold and wet. The driver apologised and said the call should go through to him...

Easy to find, close to airport and the staff was second to non. I have told friends and family how good the parking is

Would recommend definitely go again very quick transfer close to airport

On average very good however, we did have to wait quite a while (in the rain) for the bus to pick us up on our return. Also please note - there is NO shelter which would have helped in the rain!
