Better than I expected, efficient and professional - but at a price.

Good service still but with changes made, not as efficient and quick as used to be and more expensive too than previous years.

Pick up took relatively long considering it was for the short-term parking, but overall service is good and price reasonable.

When I got to the airport I realised I had left my phone in the car. When I phoned for a return trip to the car park, they offered to bring the phone to me on the next bus, Great service.

Clearer signage showing where the entrance is and how to get there as I went into the premier inn Car park first. Not that easy to leave as you have to cross a bus lane
