After getting back from my holiday I rang them to be told 20 to 25 min for my car it was an hour before I got my car they was about 20 people waiting about the same time will never use again

It's hard to navigate to the drop off area as there are other signs to approved operators from the start of the north Terminal. Perhaps include a map on the confirmation email?
