Although we can empathise with the situation you were faced with; the booking you made was a non-flexible service therefore the agent you spoke to via our live chat service was unable to make the changes you were requesting. We are sorry however that ant any point you feel we were unsympathetic; over the live chat service it can be hard to convey tone through that method of communication.
