See above! No reply on phone. Had to wait for car. No seats or wait area.

All worked really well. Had to wait about 5 minutes for our vehicle to arrive which wasn’t an issue and had already been pre-warned when I called after we got our luggage.

Fairly pleased with the service; drop off at open car park next to terminal, had to carry luggage for roughly 500 m. Car park is very busy, we had to wait a couple of minutes for a lot to be vacated.

All passengers on our flight had to wait 1.5 hours for baggage, which must have been a nightmare for Meet and Greet, but everything went as smooth as silk, car ready!!! Would like to see better...
