I cannot speak more highly about this APH at Manchester Airport, a well tuned and organised arrival process with helpful and friendly staff, assisted onto the transfer with our bags and drop off point very close to departures, similar experience on return with a phone call to arrange pick up again close to arrivals even at 0430hrs in the morning and some 26 hours late, they sent a bus straight away. And as icing on the cake we were only charged £6.50 in overdue payment, this is the first time I've used APH, but it definitely won't be the last, a great team with great service.
My only feedback would be that we waited a long time for the bus to arrive to take us back to the car, which after a 12 hour journey and 2 flights was not ideal
