The staff were not very friendly either in the office or in the coach, but they got their job done - just would have been nicer with a smile from at least someone.

Had to wait a ling tine for bus to leave to go to airport, about 20 mins. In the way back bus driver pulled out in front if an ambulance with sirens flashing !!!

I cannot speak more highly about this APH at Manchester Airport, a well tuned and organised arrival process with helpful and friendly staff, assisted onto the transfer with our bags and drop off point very close to departures, similar experience on return with a phone call to arrange pick up again close to arrivals even at 0430hrs in the morning and some 26 hours late, they sent a bus straight away. And as icing on the cake we were only charged £6.50 in overdue payment, this is the first time I've used APH, but it definitely won't be the last, a great team with great service.
