Sold around 2000+ BMW sets (with Velcro fixing system) without a single issue, so buyer must be fitting them incorrectly or not using the supplied Velcro as they should be.
Either way, we did not receive a single email from the buyer advising that there was an issue, so how are we supposed to resolve any problems? We do need to be informed for us to do anything to help.
